This is the 37th in my series of Trail Mix caches all made out of Trail Mix jars.

The hike, bike ride or horse back ride to this cache should begin at the Indian Creek parking area (see waypoint). If you park in the lot, it's $7 at the self-pay station. Head up trail 800 - the Indian Creek Trail. Here is where it starts:

Follow this trail all the way to the posted coordinates. The actual cache is not too far from that spot. But you have to figure out this puzzle to determine the actual coordinates. I found that I had some "gps jump" at the actual cache location but the cache is by a large boulder and there aren't any others in the area that I saw so I hope it's not that hard to find. But you need the correct coordinates so on to the puzzle...

Since this is off of the Indian Creek trail I thought I would combine my interest in railroads with this theme. Here is a list of interesting passenger cars from a train that was called the Hiawatha. It ran on the Milwaukee Road from Chicago to Milwaukee and points west from there. These cars were the last car in the train and were known as Skytop Lounges. They were "the finishing touch to a perfect train".

Nice and cool this afternoon looking for this cache. Odd the trail on my gps was non-existent but it ends up where it should. JanJanLee and I grabbed the 3 trackables and dropped 3 of our own we grabbed in Canyonlands last week... :) I meant to leave a pencil in there as I did not see one in it but with thunder and rain and a skitterish pup we forgot... So bring a writing implement! What a tight squeeze for that cache!

This was our other target today. The trailmix series is completed once again, for now. As we hope more are coming.

Did this hike on a beautiful day with Bhob. No BearAdair today as she had a playdate with Sissadies.

[FTF] at 12:55 pm. Saw this publish this morning and was stumped by the puzzle, then it became clear, so decided to hunt it down. Nice 2 hr hike (I don't expect anything less from this series!) And grabbed a few others along the way. Thanks for another great cache hike in the series! Cheers!
