Well, I tackled this challenge a little differently than most. And based on a quick scan of the log book I only saw one entry that beat me.
I biked WC until I got to the Roxborough loop. Then I hiked what I consider "backwards" to GZ.
My time was 53.12

Wow over a year since a log. We rode by here the day before but I was with our annual volunteer trail maintenance group and we were riding the whole Indian Creek loop so there was no way they would want to stop especially at an intersection that can be so busy (there were 10 horses & riders). So we came out again today for a pleasure ride and I got to stop. I picked up the coin that had been stranded here for 2 years. I'm sure the owner is glad to see it moving again. A fav point for a cache hide that I could ride my horse to.

Took the long route (up the Colorado Trail, down Indian Gulch Trail) so I might be in the running for the longest time.
All in good shape. Thanks for the cache!

Since I was going by, I stopped at this cache. All is well. I grabbed one of the stranded geocoins.

My main goal was to get the two new caches back in here to get to #1000 for FTFs and then I rode and walked the loop around to here. ( no records set for time this morning )
It was a nice place to take a break and it is all down hill back to the parking lot picking up a few more on the way.
Thanks for the cache!
I left two trackables.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to place this cache so we could enjoy the search and its discovery. sl

FTF 2013. It took us 4 hours 29 minutes to get here, having looked for 18 caches on the way, and 1 hour 23 minutes to get back to the car. Container was open, but all was dry and well with the cache. Left a roll of electrical tape, 2 Disney keychains with the names: Laurie and Nicole on them, and a 1995 Colorado Rockies baseball collectible pin. Last cache of the day, time to head for the barn. A combined 18.48 miles biking and hiking to find 14 caches in Waterton Canyon. Saw a doe in the parking lot, about 10 lizards, and 12 big horn sheep on the road on the return ride. Thank you for placing this cache so we could enjoy the game. sl LW77 and SC77

55:45!
Took the bike up from the now reopened Waterton Canyon parking lot, then carried my bike for most of the last half mile. The ride down was worth it.
Cache is still in fine shape. Thanks much.

You could park at the Discovery Pavilion which is just north of the closed lot, though I'm not sure it would do much good, since the only other routes would make travel several miles of paved road first before you enter the Roxborough Park neighborhood (don't park in here or you will get towed, trust me), or Rox State Park (you can park here). I think the cache should be enabled but perhaps until Waterton Canyon reopens, time trials should be disabled. You can still get to this cache, though:
Alternate route:

Park at the "P" on the above map, and take the trail past Carpenter Peak, and take the hard left where it says "To Waterton Canyon" on the left side of the map. Don't turn right here. There is a trail not shown on the map but this is actually a utility easement from Rox Park neighborhood and is not public access.
Normally you could make a loop out of this, if Waterton Canyon were open, but eventually you will have to turn around if you continue past the cache.
