Ring The Peak Cache Series

This is 1 of 15 caches placed along the Ring The Peak trail system. Each cache in the series has a permanent clue located underneath the lid. The clue consists of one letter and number (think "scrabble piece") that leads to the final cache: Ring The Peak .

Please bring a pen and paper to write down the clue, and be sure to note if the letter is underlined or not.

An excellent source for trail information can be found here.

12:35 PM.

On the way back from Raspberry Mountain doing a Summits on the Air (SOTA) for ham radio.
Beautiful day and nice diversion back to the parking lot.

A day for fishing, hiking, and hunting for hidden creatures. I've done this hike before (in the snow), but didn't stop for the caches along the way last time. Thanks for placing this one.

I decided spend my summer focusing on this series. Hiked to the cache with CrumbCrunchers. I hope to finish the series soon.

This was the main target for today. Jenn and I want to try and finish up the RTP series this year. I've gotten maybe 6, she only has 3. Recorded the clue and kept climbing for a couple more caches. Sl, thanks!

Found it today after totally being unprepared for this hike! we weren't thinking the snow would be that deep! we wanted to try for one more in the Rtp series and even brought a replacement container but today our feet were frozen through! got at least oneclue which was our objective for the day so we're happy! all is well with the cache.

I looked at how far away this cache was from the last one to the south & decided I would have just enough time to get there & make it back to my car before dark. Actually this ended up being the nicest part of the day with no snow & feeling just a bit warmer. It's fun to figure out where a trail goes by finding caches. I even remembered to get the code!
