The location of this cache is at heart of our rural community. You might take it as a sign that you are on the right track if you feel an overwhelming urge to ask for directions! Lots of people do. Easy parking, minimal walking. The cache is on private land, placed with permission of the owners. It's child friendly, and we hope you enjoy your break while exploring the wonderful out door activities found in our area.
The cache is child friendly. This cache is located west of Sedalia Colorado. It involves a drive through Pike National Forest. It's a beautiful drive, but come prepared with gas and water. There is a resteraunt here, but no gas for miles. Travel past the cache to fishing and hiking, or on your way Cripple Creek. Dirt bikes and road bikes pause here for refreshment and rest. Finding the cache is not very difficult, as it was designed with the help of our seven year old grandson. It was placed in honor of The Lady of the Wood." She is remembered for unfailing kindness and her love of kids and puzzles.
