This is a good-sized rubbermaid covered in brown and green duck tape.
Contains a FTF prize of $4 - 2 bills/2 coins plus several other items. Easily accessed from FS614 (Bear Creek Rd) 4x4/AWD not a must, but recommended.

Del Norte Peak has an elevation of 12,406 according to peakbagger.com It is a big flat mountain on top that is a pretty easy peak to bag. This little spot has a pretty view of the peak directly to the south and you can catch some cool summer breezes blowing through. It is a nice peaceful little spot. There is a cache just a bit farther up the road called "Enchanted" by Fire and Ice Cachers that is an amazingly crafted "Fairyland" of a cache and I thought placing another couple caches accessed off the same road might draw some more cachers to the area.

Staying at an RV park in South Fork. Out with GotWine doing some site seeing and of course picking up some caches along the way. Fun day today, thanks for the smiley faces.

Saw that this cache hadn't been found in several months so wasn't sure if we wanted to go do it. John4x4 couldn't resist the challenge, so away we went in the Jeep. Not bad getting up to the suggested parking spot. Followed suggestion and went in from the north. Nice walk. Nice view from cache site too. All is well with the cache. Thanks for the smiley face. Took some pics of the view, but not the cache.
