Typical BLM road. Normal clearance vehicles are fine. Seasonal road closes March 15 - May 15 for protection of the Gunnison Sage-Grouse and to prevent road damage during muddy spring conditions.

So quiet out here!

Nice drive. The terrain along the route was different than we expected. Saw a mother bird with her four babies walking down the road. Might have been a sage grouse. The road up to the cache is blocked off by the BLM. Had to walk about a quarter mile. The cache was on the ground. I put it in a safer location right next to the coordinates. TFTC
