Thanks for checking on and replacing this cache container. I solved the puzzle a while ago after some hints and nudges from the cache owner. I looked for the container a while ago also, but apparently it had gone missing. The owner replaced it recently and let me know, so I stopped to look again this morning while on my way to the Broadmoor to attend the 33rd Space Symposium. It took me several minutes of searching while walking around in the snow in my dress uniform until I finally spotted it. It felt good to find a cache again; it had been almost a week since our last cache find.

Heavy maintenance has removed the previous container. Replaced now, but a bit higher up. Vertically challenged may have to stretch or get assistance. Look for the color red.

Not being that much of a linguist I had to get some help on the puzzle, and wished I had some more help with the find. I guess I'm in THeSKuLL's camp when it comes to this type of hide, which I refer to as "payback time!" But it wasn't as bad as it could've been - I only made three circuits before spotting it. Whew! SL TFTC!
