West Monroe (West Mon'-row) is located at N 32° 31.099 W 92°
08. Make sure when you pronounce it, that you drag it out with
three long syllables, and a little southern accent never hurts.
West Monroe is a city in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, United
States. The population was 13,250 at the 2000 census.
West
Monroe is situated on the Ouachita River, just across from the
neighboring city of Monroe (pop. 53,107). The two cities are often
referred to as the Twin Cities of Northeast Louisiana.
West
Monroe was originally named Trenton. Recently there has been a
lot of interest in renaming the city back to Trenton. We can't
allow that to happen, or we would have no title for this cache.
The cache is not at the coords listed above. You will need to break
the puzzle in order to find the cache. If this helps, I can tell
you that the cache is located West of Monroe, regardless which road
you take.

the two digits.
C & D ~ equals: The last two digits, of the year that
West Monroe High School won their 1st State Championship in
Football. (I had to mention Football somewhere in the cache, since
the school is known for its Big Time Football through out the
South.)

At the time of placement, I had a +/- of 15 feet. Please bring your
own Pen(cil,) just in case. The cache should be able to hold small
geocoins. Happy Caching, and make you sure you get a chance to take
in some of the local food, on your trip!
