This cache is located about half-way down from the top to Highway 13 (or so it seemed at the time), AND as a bonus, it’s not the typical climb to the top of the hill Polaski cache (unless you count the return trip as a climb back up to the road)
Cache overlooks just one of the canyons on the way up to the top. In the bend to the west is the BLM water trough. Further to the west and up the cliff face is the JQS trail. Today when I placed this, there were Mule Deer running thru the trees on the mesa top below. The ravens from “Raven Point” were up in this canyon looking for road kill and a Red Tail was keeping an eye on the whole show.
