The adventure started today with Three Dirtbags setting off from the parking area to find a few Tupper Ware containers in the woods. The laughter soon turned to holy cow this is steep and it just keeps going up and up and up until we reach our first goal, Crystal Mine, that's where I turned around and headed down. So on the way back down from Crystal Mine I found this rock along the trail and thought it would be a good place for a cache.

12/08/2018 By OR85OR450 Need to get in some late logs- on a couple of my wife & my recent visits our internet was sketchy; and we've been swamped otherwise. I made a circuit to here & points southwest; figures another one would appear- higher up- after I was gone
After 'Running Trails..' I tried to just follow contour lines straight to this. My real bad choice of the day. I bushwhacked up …. I bushwhacked down. I bushwhacked across …
Seven feet from the cache I came out on the trail. I suppose by the time I find the last trail … there will be no more caches on them to go after.
07/26/2018 By GoMRT Have to thank the previous geocacher who replaced the container turning this into a good hide in a secure location up top.
Using the tools of the trade in the local area, I was able to make my way up solo, where all the recent rain made it a touch more difficult than normal, sign the log and go airborne my way off once rehid. Tftc out here on this trail.
07/16/2017 By kenyansherpa Thanks to Manitou_Cacher for an excellent placement, particularly the extra challenge at the end! Also, thanks to Rob14erGuy for the replacement. All is well but just in case, I added a small ziplock to protect the log. Also, left a Team USA Olympic pin. TFTH!!!
07/15/2017 By RPieperCO Thanks for the awesome cache! Wow! Where is it at!? ha ha ha! This was the first stop along the way on an epic hike to grab some high terrain caches that have been on my list since forever! After a few minutes of prep time I managed to slip and slide my way to the cache. Found it easily, signed the log and replaced as found! Onward to a crystal mine! Thanks again for another fun cache and adventure!
06/21/2017 By YamaGypsy This wasn't on my list for today. I was aiming for Hunter's run. Somehow ended up on the wrong trail. Realized it when I was about 90feet from this cache. Decided to grab this one and then I went straight up and over the ridge to Hunter's Run. That was quite the hike! This was a fun find. Glad previous logs affirmed what I was about to do had been done before. Made me feel slightly more sane. Cache is in good shape. Thanks!
09/05/2016 By Leaner20 Took awhile to figure how to get up there. The two wooden logs helped. Tftc
