TO WIT: or like me, the merely witless,
3WilliamsKidz Rule #4.

!!
Your Gospel.

I shot myself in the foot on the very second step, and eons later had reached out a couple directions for help. Sitting in my car in the parking lot when it dawned on me to try something simpler with something I had. Aha it worked. Man, I had a TON of (overthinking) data from that library that was utterly irrelevant. Stage 2 was far simpler due to Monday ( the library’s closed) research (luck!) ... & got a call from above-referenced cacher (phone ringing loud in the middle of a library got quick-switched to silent)... that would have saved me if still head scratching. Thanks G !! BigSmile I was in the middle of correcting my first mistake at S3... so I can claim I did it without help...
But I can’t prove it.

Before stopping at the library, I checked for nearby geocaches and was pleased to notice this one. Sometimes my thinking is too linear, though. After getting off to a good start, I got stuck. But a kind librarian provided a hint. This even pushed me to learn something new about my GPS. Thanks for putting this multi together. And what a nice library. Thanks also to the library for hosting.

I dropped 3WK'z a note saying that I would be up there at opening time to start it and he said he could be there 1:30 esh.

After he arrived we worked out way through it and got it done ?

The log below covers everything that I can think of, except that I grabbed the Geocoin to move it alon.

Thanks for a fun and nice sized container to hunt for!

Co-FTF with hartsdale at 1:27pm.

This is not your average everyday multi cache; and, like so many multis, it also has some mystery/puzzle elements to it, which is why the Difficulty is 3.5.
Without giving anything away which would ruin the adventure, I will say:
1. This is not what I had expected from a library cache which is good -- it's not what most would expect once they see a library cache.
2. It is a MULTI (hence the cache title) -- don't expect a simple 2 stage cache once you get started because it ISN'T !
3. In an unexpected twist, once you spot the container, you may scratch your head (like I did) and ask yourself: Why did the cache owner do THAT??? Well, there is a REASON they did that.
4. If you get stuck for more than 5 or 10 minutes at any point while working on this one, then you are overthinking it, like the Kidz and I did. Don't overthink it !
If you have a bit of info -- work with what you have !
Good luck !

Favorite point for the uniqueness of this one.
