This cache is in Cherry Creek State Park.  Entrance fee is required for all vehicles.  I received permission from the CCSP Park Ranger to place this cache inside Cherry Creek State Park.

From inside CCSP, you can access this trail from Butterfly Hill parking area.  If you haven't already, check out the nearby geocache called "Cherry Creek SP - World Youth Day".  This is a nice trail extending to the west of the park.  

A park pass is required on all vehicles. No fee is required if accessing CCSP on foot or bicycle. A daily park pass is only $9. Bring a picnic and make a day out of it.

Nice hike and view. Live Wire 77 and I taking advantage of the free state park pass for August and getting in some geocaching and a picnic. Along with 2.25 miles walking. We found 9 of 9 that we could look for. Thank you for placing this cache so we could enjoy the game. sl
