This cache is in Cherry Creek State Park.  Entrance fee is required for all vehicles.  I received permission from the CCSP Park Ranger to place this cache inside Cherry Creek State Park.

This should be another cache and dash for most.  Depending on time of day, this area may provide viewing of many of the wildlife that make CCSP their home.  Bring a camera and enjoy.  

A park pass is required on all vehicles. No fee is required if accessing CCSP on foot or bicycle. A daily park pass is only $9. Bring a picnic and make a day out of it.

#4744. My first find in the US, following my first DNF about 5 mins earlier! This was a lot easier as there was only one place to search. Makes me wonder now if the previous one was similar. Oh well. TFTC!

After we left this one, we went up to the RC model airport. Didn't get to see it fly close-up, but there was a P47 Thunderbolt model bigger than a man. Quite a thing of beauty. We did see it and hear it fly from .2 mile away. Live Wire 77 and I taking advantage of the free state park pass for August and getting in some geocaching and a picnic. Along with 2.25 miles walking. We found 9 of 9 that we could look for. Thank you for placing this cache so we could enjoy the game. sl

Colorado State Parks give military members free access for the month of August, so after drill was finished for the weekend, COPackrat and I met up to knock these out! Thanks for placing this one. I thought I spotted fearthefish on this road (our cars were playing leapfrog), but at this cache, we officially confirmed that it was NOT him...just a doppleganger!
