A micro hidden along the Elder-Fehn Loop Trail. Cache is a difficulty of 2 only because of the hike. Otherwise, this should be an easy find. My idea for this cache is to give the cacher a reason to take the full loop around!
Park at the following trailhead parking lot at N38 deg. 55.523, W105 deg. 05.627. This is at the end of Edlowe Road, a left turn off of HWY 24 heading towards Divide from Woodland Park. Parking/trailhead is easily found. Follow signs up and around the loop. If you're planning to get all caches along the loop, I'd suggest taking the loop to the left (East) as it is mostly downhill on the way back down. If you intend to head straight to this cache, the shortest route is to take the right (West) branch. No bushwacking required for this one.

TFFC! Decided to do the loop today on a cloudy one at that. Cache is in good shape and thank you for the smiley face on the cache map. Goal is to get our 1,000 find for the year 2019 and this is 861.

We were in the area to grab the final to a 10-cache mystery series we have been working on and wanted to enjoy the whole trail by stopping for all of the traditional caches as well. Gorgeous Colorado morning with perfect hiking weather.

Found this cache quickly, signed log, and replaced as we found it. All is good. Thanks for placing this cache in such a pretty area.
