This fixer-upper is located in an exclusive, little used area. You'll have plenty of solitude out here! I wouldn't count on having cell service, though. And there's probably too much tree cover for a satellite dish.
The container is a quart size plastic water bottle discretely placed a short way from the fixer-upper.

wow I can't believe this hasn't been logged in 2 years! I have always liked this trail since the 1st time we rode it all the way to Camp Como many years ago. Of course we didn't even know these cabin remains were so close, but once again caching brought me somewhere I would have never seen. I didn't know there was another trail past these cabins. I would love to explore it someday too. All was in good condition.

Definitely is a fixer-upper, but I love the area. This would be a great spot for an off-the-grid getaway. Sl, thanks!

A great day away from my house remodel! Hunting South Park Tour caches and very successful with aspen starting to change and a blue sky day! This little climb beat me up after a long day, but definitely worth it. One of the few double buildings I've seen like this. Cheers!

An easy find. I took the steep way up and the wet way down. TFTC.

Trail in rough shape with all the downed trees. At least all the water crossings were still in place. TFTC!
