A bit of a hike uphill from the Willow Creek Road off of HWY 149. Sage covered hillside, no trail. Hiking not difficult. Wear good shoes. Be aware of cactus. There is also a 4WD powerline road that will get you really close. Nice view of Willow Creek Bay and the Reservoir.
