This was my first event, and I had so much fun listening to everyone. Along with all the places they've been too, and who they've met in the process. I'm fairly new so it was a wonderful experience!

Traveling in Colorado this weekend with Dagrandpa. The priority for the day was to attend this event at the top of Pike's Peak. It was nice meeting the hosts of this event. We did some caching while traveling to and from the peak. Thanks to all the COs. By the way, there was snow at the peak. Caching was not always pleasant today.

I must be the last one to log my attendance as 'm behind n my logging. I'd wanted to cache Pikes Peak because I needed to fill in two remaining gaps for a couple of elevation challenges, and I chose today because of this event; how often can one attend an event at over 14,000 feet n elevation. I was surprised that t was on a holiday, but the organizer is from London and thought that it was going to be a quiet weekday! I'd been to the summit back n 1992 with my mother, but we took the (now defunct) cog railway to the top then and there was no such thing as caching then. It was a great event with many great people and quite a few trackables to dscover; I went around the top looking for caches with some of the other attendees. A big TFTC to goldpot for hosting this great event!

Depending on weather, I might make it. Will be watching weather on several mountains to make my plans for hikes.

Was just there. Wish we could attend. Amazing drive up! Two hands on the wheel and eyes straight ahead...mostly. ;)
