The cache in located near a small cabin adjacent to the reclaimed site of where the American Mill once stood.

As always, enjoy the structure from the outside. These building will disappear all too soon by the hand of mother nature. Treat them with care so that others may also enjoy them.

Access is from the Mosquito Pass road. Most normal passenger cars should have no trouble getting to the cache area if driven with care. The true 4x4 road of Mosquito Pass doesn't start until after the area of the cache.

too far a drop into the creek to cross over, and there was quite a bit of moving water to get across.

We were hoping to make it all the way to Mosquito Pass but had to turn around at a very steep rocky hill a few miles in. The Subaru Outback didn't have quite enough ground clearance to tackle the loose rocks. We still enjoyed the drive & having the time to stop for some caches. Got within 200-300' of GZ but didn't continue. There was too much water in the creek and no good way to cross it... maybe next time.

Great spot for a cache. The road nearby was partially washed out then somewhat repaired with a piece of a metal gate. I didn't really trust my Jeep to that and walked the rest of the way. Though, a pickup did make it over while I was hunting for the cache. TFTC!
