4 Stage multi
Nice long hike or short bumpy drive up to the final stage. Definitely bring a 4 wheel drive, my jeep gets up there with no problem. Do not attempt with a low clearance vehicle. The first half mile or so is the rockiest then it mellows out.

The first hide is at the parking area so you can use that for parking reference. The first 3 would be considered micros but not hidden too difficult, they should be easy to spot.

The final container is a coffee can painted black with various items in it. There is another cache near by so be sure to visit it as well. I had only about 30' accuracy at the final cache site but you should be able to find it ok.

When you done... or before your done.... Please don't go in the mine!!! The door is open now but it might not be safe, it is better to be safe then dead!!! ;) Lots of nice rocks around it and up some of the other trails in the area!!! Have fun!!!

*** Congrats to Rojo for a well deserved FTF!!! ****

It's been four years since any body has log on this cache. Thought I might get lucky and find the beginning cache. Not today.

This was a lot of fun - and a fun road to drive. I've been up here several times, but never had the right crowd to geocache until today. Took Felix, left a Utah Spider Tracks.TFTC. Sorry I didn't have a container w/me for #2, but the bag is holding up well.

Stage 2 has been "replaced" with transitional "container" and coordinates. Hoping next cacher will bring a more appropriate container so this good place to be will be visited more often!

Headed up this trail quite awhile back... a sunset attempt at the cache but turned back after the second stage.... luckily the 3rd stage coordinates were still safe in my GPS so I was able to continue past where the 2nd stage is now missing. The final cache hadn't been logged in nearly a year- Father's Day 09! Today was a blustery one - no one else out this way, so it was a quiet hike to GZ. More than once, though, I stepped off to the side thinking that I heard a vehicle approaching from behind me... not sure if it was echoes from the road below or from years gone by :) This was indeed "a nice place to be" and I hated to see others missing it due to the missing step- so I stopped on the way back and left a make-shift replacement Stage 2 cache! I took a zip lock bag from the final container (a small item in it was easy to place in another bag), tore the top off my extra-battery box and copied the coordinates from my GPS onto the small piece of paper. I found a protected area beneath a pinyon tree near where I found the "fake rock" before.... made a small cairn of flat rocks and sandwiched this plastic bag between the bottom two rocks. I hope this enables the next cacher to continue on from this spot! TFTC! I took some coins and left a large fly, koosh animal, and frog. (did not see Felix the Bug traveler in the cache, but maybe I just overlooked it)
