Cripple Creek is a pretty cool town. Cheap gambling, gold mines, great views and hiking, burros roaming the town (allegedly...I've never seen them myself). There are also some pretty cool caches to visit. Have fun!

We worked our way from Indiana to Colorado where we met up with the Geowinnies and my brother and his wife. We’re spending five days at the Cripple Creek KOA and doing a little caching and sightseeing while trying to avoid the scattered thunderstorms.

Today we headed south to Canon City to ride the Royal Gorge train. We found this cache on our way there and want to thank Wolfpack01 for the cache and for one of the four smilies we got today.
