Straight-forward two-stage multi off Rampart Range Road that will take you down a seldom-visited, wildflower-filled (in season) glen.

If you go down in the woods today,

You’d better not go alone.

It’s lovely down in the woods today,

But safer to stay at home.

For every bear that ever there was

Will gather there for certain, because

Today’s the day the teddy bears have their picnic.



Are we heading for a bear den? Could there really be bears down there? I hope our flashlight works! Oops! Old fence lines! Good thing the Forest Service Ranger said they were old, no longer in use, and okay to pass through. BTW, did we BYOP? We'll want to be sure to be careful returning the container to its hide so future visitors get the same kind of enjoyment from their efforts.

Plan "A" was a no go, so I made a plan "B" to do a couple of multi's up this way.

Every time I have been by this one I never had time or someone in area, today was the day.

This was a real fun cache and a cute container. I saw the icon & brought my flashlight. I was afraid that based on the time of year I may run into a bear, but all was good here. I didn't notice a TB in the cache though.
