Small can, big enough for small travel bugs. Please bring your own pen.

Thanks Ernie66, I changed the difficulty level. I didnt think it would be that hard, but I may have misjudged.

I attempted to reach this cache from the 1st stage of "The Crags", but soon realized it would be better reached from the social trail along the creek. I'll have to save it for another time.

I came down from near the Crags after doing maintenance on one of my caches. I tried a couple of different options before I happened upon the correct one. Thanks to MikeR1979 for a nice one. All is well with the container and log. IN - Olympic sponsor pin OUT - nothing TFTH!!

So glad COpackrat found this one earlier this year or I might not have tried. After wandering around the end of the Crags trail I wondered if there might not be a better way to this cache so down I went. Sure enough I found a possible access and even rode my horse to within 150'! Of course that final 150' is the longest & hardest. Fortunately I spotted a likely place and sure enough, success! A fav point for a cache that I could almost ride to.

Started up way too early and was looking at a traverse of the Crags - bad idea. Dropped back down a ways and made my way over on much more reasonable terrain and found the cache without any problem. Thanks for the hide.

My GPSr really bounced around the closer I got to the cliff face. Spent some time looking in likely spots but the rain finally drove me away. Another time, perhaps.

I was headed for the Crags Viewpoint via a non-standard trail when I noticed this cache was only .09 miles away. I find myself at GZ at the base of a cliff with no obvious sign of a cache. Must be at the "top." I drop down below some towering rocks and up onto the ridge. Work my way along the ridge until it gets really challenging and the cache is still 250 ft. away. Drop down a little to the other side of the ridge and find a crack that looks like it heads for the cache. Up I go and stop where I don't want to take the risk since I'm solo. I figure I better look up the description to see if it is a terrain of 5. I had no other information than the coordinates. Now that I've read the description, I may have set my pack down near the cache. I'll be back another day.

This was the last cache of the day with the DGS at the c/c4 event. Loved the terrain getting to this one! Good hide too! I actually found this one myself which made it even better. It was the only one that I found during the hike, the rest were found by others in the group. Thanks for the adventure, it was a blast!
