TFTC. This cache was laying in a puddle of water & log was TOO WET to sign. Walked back to the car for a replacement log & tissue to dry out the inside of container.

There was no clear box but we found the prize in a film canister. The log was water damaged and could not be read at all, it smelt kind of bad. We put a prize in there.

I looked in and around the obvious spot and didn't see the container. I would venture to say this one is missing.
