Kelly Lake, some steep terrain.
This cache is named after Mr. Kelly who lived at Kelly Lake year round in the late 1800s. Kelly Lake and Kelly Creek are named after him. Not much is known about Mr. Kelly. He was from Ireland, well educated and when asked told folks that he lived in Heaven. Come see for yourself. The cache is at 11,000 foot elevation. The State Forest State Park staff placed this cache during our celebration of Colorado State Parks 50th, State Forest State Park's 37th and North Park's 100 anniversary. There are 10 "Talon" Geocoins in the cache.

The cache is in great shape and needed very little in the way of maintaining--added some items and a pencil sharpener (handy). By far the best best view--thanks geocache community, there were neat items for people and no trash for me to remove here :-) Keep on keepin on...SFSP
