A large plastic container with a red top, beneath a rock outcropping.
Placed this cache 7/10/05 with the "Rocky Mountain Clouds" (RkyMtnClds) on a day long geocaching event. The container has a log book, pen, and lots of various pins. Road is definitely for 4x4 vehicles, parking is close to the cache. Look for a VERY large rock outcropping and go East to the cache.

Fun day out exploring the area. This one hasn’t been found in over a year! Thanks for placing this cache for us to find!

We found this cache as part of some vacationing in Colorado. We often target a few caches when we travel, usually trying our luck on a few higher difficulty/terrain caches, puzzle caches, ones that add new counties, and others that well…just seem interesting. This one was grabbed while we were doing some 4x4 riding in the area. For an ammo can, the container here was well-hidden, and required a bit of searching. Congrats on this one being in the wild for 12+ years. Thanks for the nice hide.

Wanted to get these jeep-road caches & needed the D/T for Fizzy, so when PathPacer suggested a trip out here, I jumped at the chance. A little bit of GPS bounce, and the cache was well-hidden, but made the find. TFTC!

I tried out my new Outback on this road today, and this was the last cache I got. The road was a bit sportier than I'm used to and I didn't want to push my luck (came in from the north end). I particularly wanted this one because it has a D/T I need. The cache is in good shape and hasn't been muggled despite all the fire rings in the area. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of spending this snowy April afternoon with a few members of Team Red Rubicon up on the trails. They'd found every cache, but were very generous to take me around to each spot. (Well, as close as the Jeeps would allow, anyway!) Really enjoyed the time up here. TFTC!
