I gave this one a pretty good search but with tales of big dogs and the nearby homeowner being suspicious the whole thing made me nervous. I found what looked like could have been a hiding place at the base of a broken off tree , but not sure. I could send a pic to the CO.

It's always nice to find an ammo can! I stopped by on my way to a new cache up the hill. I had not been up this road before.

This was my fourth find of the day, however, was just me as the other 20 were busy back at the campground. I really liked this cache! Was an awesome drive and totally broke in my Honda Pilot. Interesting signs, I guess the owner really has a trespassing problem. TNLNSL, TFTC!

Geocaching is always more fun when you take somebody with you. So I dragged a newbie, Brown:Eyed:Girl, with me this time since she hasn't gone in several months. Found 10 today, but it was sad seeing the Waldo Canyon burn scar near the reservoir. --Deadmoney

This was, by far the best one my wife and I have found. A little walk through the brush and there it was. There was now on the ground and I could tell that someone was looking for it. I do not believe they found it and they were within 50 feet
Great hide Love it!!

We found the game trail and made the pretty easy hike to the cache. I didn't see any fences or property signs along the way. The owner didn't seem upset just watchful more than anything else. We didn't talk to him since we were back at the car by the time he was coming down the hill from his property. TFTC

WingsAndTales and I took advantage of this warm November day and went hunting for some of the old caches in the area. No problem finding a cache this size. As we were walking back to where we parked on the road, we could hear two dogs barking. These barks did not belong to small dogs and they were getting closer. Two huge dogs eventually surfaced from the trees. Fortunately, their owner started calling them back just about the time I was wondering how to use my hiking pole as a weapon. I'm guessing they belonged to the owner of the nearby property, but we hadn't crossed any fences. TFTC.
