Access Info: This cache is located on USFS property. Please park at the cattle guard unless you are camping at Spruce Grove.
Winter Access:  Park at cattle guard and walk in.

 

 

 

 

 

Surrounded by towering boulders and rocky outcroppings situatued along Tarryall Creek, Spruce Grove Campground is the perfect base for exploring the Tarryall Valley and the Lost Creek Wilderness Area. Here you can sit back and enjoy the views or spend some time exploring the rocky crevices and discovering other caches nearby. Spruce Grove is open for camping from May to October but it makes for an enjoyable visit any time of the year.

Take the Tarryall Road (county road 77)  north from Lake George or south from Jefferson until you see the sign for campground. This cache will take you off the beaten path but should be easy enough for all ages. From the cache you can see UN 9111 and consider if you are up for the challenge!
