This Cache has items for trade. The FTF will find a $25 gift card to Starbucks. No spoiler information in the logs please. Feel free to email me if you want your coords. checked before you go looking in the wrong place.
This Cache IS NOT at the above coordinates. To find it’s real location you will have to break an encrypted code using the Geocaching Mystery Wheel.http://bdweb307549.bluedomino.com/caches/codewheel.pdf To solve this puzzle you will have to figure out the encryption key that we used. With only this clue. Spell Check

Thomas Jefferson is often credited for the invention of the wheel cipher. During his tenure as George Washington's Secretary of State (1790-1793), it is believed that he invented the wheel cipher as a result of the need for protected communications between the United States and its allies.

This example has an encryption key 2,4. Using this key the word "GEOCACHE" is encrypted to "ECMAYAFC". To encrypt the first letter of the word you locate it on the first wheel and encrypt it to the corresponding letter on the second wheel.

The following message was encoded with a wheel cipher. It contains vital information needed to locate the geocache.

Back to reverse our 8/20/15 DNF. Found container but no log. Placed new log in container. LoneWolf77 and myself back over on the western slope for another geocaching vacation. Glad to see they took the rocks off the road and graded the dirt, much nicer than last year. Thank you for placing this cache so we could enjoy the game. sl

Solved the puzzle back in SEP; quite an interesting and challenging cypher. Like the last finder, Shortcircuit77, we (with the Mrs.) found only a few tradeables (plastic jacks and a broken pen now) at ground zero. Possibly some critter munched the container?
We mourned the demise of the container, but found an old candy tin in our Jeep-o-cache-a-teer, placed all the tradeables in the tin and 'hid' it in the tree at GZ. So this cache is good-to-go again.

Interesting and challenging puzzle. We think we solved it correctly but could not find a regular size container. We did find what we think is SWAG, a plastic silver coin, some jacks, and a broken pen. Picture attached. Will email owner with our coords to make sure we were in the correct spot.
