From our location this cache is only 19 miles away but driving directions are 46 miles with winding roads and an elevation gain. What a beautiful 2.5 miles hike for our only cache of the day. This one was while worth the adventure. We had our geodog (Honey Bear) with us along with Rizzo, Dominic, and Chrissy. This cache is well placed and in good shape. TFTH

Cute cache, left rock and dinosaur. Hint under the mossy rock.

Wow, I've been fishing here so many times and never looked up any geocaches. Had my gps today, and saw that there was a cache in this sweet spot, while fishing with my dad. Cache is in fantastic shape with no moisture leaking. Tftc!

Bring More Swag! Take one and leave a few!

The ONLY swag was a cool sticker. SO I left three chess pieces. This was the only good condition cache that I ran across. Tightly sealed and zero signs of moisture and there was 4" of snow on the ground so it's doing good.

PARKING at N39° 56.215' W105° 22.270'

Then follow the South inlet trail up the hill next to the boat loading area. It was a bit slick in the light snow but not too bad. Some steep areas but the trail was easily visible due to all the fishermen's tracks.

Great spot! Trekked through the remains of the last Spring snow in order to get there, but it was worth it.
