Broke out the geo-bike and headed out to spend the day caching up on South table mountain. Finally getting to go do these caches after having them on the radar for sometime and with the weather still chilly out, what a better time to go. Not having to worry about walking upon a snake makes it even better. Nice hide, TNLN, SL,TFTC

Thanks, mondou2! An ammo can on the mesa gets a favorite point from me. I have been up to South Table Mountain a few times in the past few years, but several barriers and signs seemed to make many of the caches inaccessible. I looked at the caches again, and recent logs indicated that there is a lot more activity on the mesa this year than in previous years. I took a chance, and I found that the barriers and signs are not near as obvious and discouraging as they were in the past. Though a bit muddy today, the clouds and lower temperatures made it a pleasant walk and search.

Having fun this afternoon up on this mesa! A little freaked out by the prospect of rattlesnakes, but I hope it is still too cool for them to be out. Thanks for the cache!
