Dogs  Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Significant hike  Available during winter  Parking available  Medium hike (1km-10km)

There are several routes to this cache. From the suggested parking at the end of Kings Crown Road, you have two options. Just after you start hiking, look for a smaller trail going east and uphill. This is the shortest route but also the steepest. For a gentler but much longer hike, continue straight ahead and turn east towards kings road cache. From the trail junction waypoint there's just one last hump and that's it...at least for this cache.

Congratulations to hartsdale for FTF!

Got an early start from the Crags trailhead this morning and had a very nice hike up to Devil's Playground. Weather was perfect, so I took several detours once up top (and on the way down) to pick up some nearby caches. Afterwards, I still had a little bounce in me but didn't feel like hanging around the Crags area, so I stopped in Woodland Park on the way home to pick up some caches that help with challenges I'm working on (T>2, regular size caches). Thanks for placing this cache!

TFTC! The only way you can get me up here is for a geocache. Will be resting awhile before I head back to car. Cache is in good shape and thank you for the smiley face on the cache map.

Yomped up from the Soldier one below, a little snow made the hike more fun, about mid-shin on a pohka which was better than when I went down to the trail (gee, decided to take a more direct way and found snow up to my knees on the way down to the main trail). An excellent view point, took a few minutes to get some pictures of Pikes Peak with my new anamorphic lens, pretty! Appreciate the cache!

This is a Note instead of a Found It as we have found this cache before. I was out on a nice long hike today enjoying the great weather and stopped by to make sure everything is OK (it is) with this cache at a great scenic spot. Dropped off a new trackable of ours that has a humorous description (Cow-lorado TB8F2TV), and was on my way. TFTC once again !

Had a workout hiking up the hill but made it okay and got to rest at the top to enjoy the beautiful view. TFTC.

Found with Javachip. That's a hump all right with a nice view. Great cache on a newly discovered trail system! TFTC!

Long overdue to attack this neighborhood cache. An intimidating climb in the snow taking the short route. TNLN. TFTC.
