TFFC! Took time during lunch to grab a close cache. Cache is in good shape, signed the log and thank you for the smiley face on the cache map. Also a word of caution when fumbling with the log don’t stand close to the edge. I dropped the log and came within a foot of getting wet. Had to climb down to grab it. Our goal for the year is to reach 1,000 caches and this is #862.

We had made plans to attend the Creation Celebration: Woodland Park Create-a-Cache Event, and stay overnight to work on our Creative Carnival Souvenirs Happily we earned all of our souvenirs early on, but decided to follow through with our plans We had a very lovely weekend in the Colorado Springs area with beautiful weather and fun caches.. We also had a great time at the event learning some new things, winning some amazing items, putting some faces to names and making some new friends!!. Found what the container was in, but nothing inside. We placed a new container with log in the cache container to keep cache going.

Thank you hansdan for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

After a bt of a search I investigated an object that seemed out of place, and I found where the container normally resides, but t wasn't there today, nor was it anywhere around on the ground. I didn't have a replacement (everything was too small, too big, or the wrong shape, but I'm claiming a find based on what I did find. TFTC!
