No finds since 8/8/17! Found the container but had no lid or log in it. Just mouse droppings. I dropped a log in and taped over the top to keep the elements(and mice) out. It is nestled at the bottom of GZ. Thank you for the placement!

Collecting 25 individual gold coins for the Mary Hyde souvenirs game week 4. Got my handful fourth gold coins here. Must say my wife found the cache and I am sure it was in its appropriate location but my GPS placed it about 30 feet to the East. Fair warning if you had the same problem that I did. TFTC SL

Thanks, imusttravel2000! They had done some clean up of the area, and cut many of the trees and branches. After looking through the pile of cut branches, I found this one on the ground and put it back together the best I could. The hint for now is "foot level". Every evening I run a pocket query of the area I hope to visit the next day. It usually gives me about 1000 caches to choose from, and I just go from one to another based on recent finds and descriptions. Today I concentrated mostly on the area between I-76 and I-70 up to about 13 miles from my home, and then I got a few caches close to home on the way back. We moved here permanently last week, and this afternoon we did the paperwork for our Colorado driver licenses. It will be great to get around to all the neighborhoods in the area in the next few years. I love geocaching in Colorado, and taking at least one walk or hike along a stream, river, or green space every day.

10:25:00 AM Had a nice time on the Platte this morning. Road my road bike on the paved part, and then locked it up to go take a walk on the unpaved side of the Platte. Thanks! It was a wee bit warm, so I was happy to have placed ice cubes in my camelback this morning!
