Here is another, (off the beaten path) small neighborhood pocket park (resting along the Clear Creek Trail) in Wheat Ridge.

The home of the Kurt Manwaring baseball field, with a pavilion, restrooms, walking/biking trails, playground and picinic tables.

Definitely very busy in the summer months.

There is allot of wildlife that pass through here (deer, geese, coyotes, foxes, rabbits and many birds, etc).

Stealth is a must.

Weekday morning are very busy with the heating and air contractors loading up their trucks and vans that are located adjacent to the park entrance.

 

  Congratulation to Two Ponds and Too Bears for being co-FTF  

 

I think there is a pencil inside, but take a pen or stamp just in case.

I was out and about getting an oil change and picking up a prescription. On my way home, I knew I'd be near your new-ish cache. Normally I'd love to geocycle to a cache like this that is right on a bike path. But Clear Creek Trail just hasn't been clear lately (hmmmm...should it be re-named to Unclear Creek Trail???). So I swung by in the geomobile instead. Thanks for the fun, quick cache and dash, MinieB.
