This location had a cache which was recently archived, and I like the spot, so I snagged it up. Made a few hides this New Year's Eve, so this is my farewell to 2011 cache. Please place the container back exactly as found.

This "goodbye" cache was placed long before we even said "hello" to geocaching! Found this cache easily because your coords were spot-on. FYI the cap is missing, but the log is okay and still hanging in there. SL. TFTH

Today, after the Jim Reeb event, I teamed up with @2lablovers to grab a few caches. Along the way we saw pronghorn, deer, and several Raptors. We grabbed a multi, a challenge cache, and several traditionals ending our day together at the north end of Colorado Springs. After they went back home, I continued the hunt and grabbed a few more before heading back to Aurora. It's always fun to go geocaching. It's even more fun to do it with friends!
That's one beaten up container and wet log. Tftc!

Found this one on the ground at GZ; thankfully, due to the color of the container and the terrain there, nobody disturbed it further. SL and put it back where it should be, so it is ready for the next finder. TFTC, which was #92 of the 100 caches for us, required to get all the Hidden Creatures souvenirs.

I was unsure about finding this one with all of the snow, but thought it shouldn't be too difficult given the location. I was wrong, and right at the same time. The amount of snow here didn't affect the search and it was in the first place I looked.

I had dnf'd this one some time ago when there was construction in this corner. Now I see it was replaced by another cacher so I had a few extra minutes to stop this am & find it.
