There is no trail to get to this cache. Be careful when looking for this one since it is near a cliff. If you're lucky enough to get here near sunset stop and enjoy the view. IT's gorgeous. Btw you can park at N 38 32.633 W 105 14.256

Found this cache with Room 1009, after a tough little hike to get here. Beautiful views in all directions, what a great location for the cache. Thanks for placing this one. SL

After finding What a View 2.0 JAE2920 and I headed over to this one. I'm not sure if we picked the best route up, but we came up from the west. We had to zigzag a a lot to get to the top. There are many loose rocks so the footing was a little treacherous at times. The distance was only 0.12 miles from where we parked, but I this might be the longest 0.12 miles I've ever hiked. After we finally got up there the cache was not hard to find. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice big container in perfect shape, but there wasn't much in it besides the log. I added some swag that I had in my pack, signed the log, and rested a while before heading back down. On the way to the cache I had put my trekking pole in my backpack and noticed that it was gone when we got to the cache. We retraced our route and found it hanging in a tree. The handle strap apparently got snagged on a branch and pulled it right out of my pack without either of us noticing. Thanks for this great cache. I'm very happy to finally be able to log it as a find.

Down this way with SnailMan1 to find a few caches in some very nice November weather.

I found this one back in 2010 and here I am standing in the same spot again.

Once on top I could see that the ascent would be very difficult if approached from the wrong direction. Not sure if I took the easiest approached, but it wasn't too difficult. Another nice view from up here. TFTC.
