This is a new series of caches placed simply to give you an extra reason to go for a wonderful drive in the mountains!

This new series is designed to take you on a nice drive with plenty of views of mountains, lakes, flora, and fauna of the Rocky Mountains.  The first set of caches I have placed are on a road between Carter Lake and Pinewood Lake.  All of these caches are located near a large pull-off on the side of the road so you will be safe.  Most of them should be very quick finds for you.  Don't forget to stop at each cache and take some pictures and enjoy the views! 

Beyond this cache are 2 more by other cache owners.  This point right here was a great spot for a cache, and I hope you like the views!  I'm expecting plenty of pictures from these caches, and I hope you enjoy them!

I may add more caches along random mountain roads if people enjoy this series.  For now, consider the series a great way to fill the gaps between Carter Lake and Pinewood Lake with some more smilies!

Found it at 1140.
I managed to spot this one right away. So I was only there briefly, but I was still pretty impressed by the great view nearby.

Easy find. Inked the log and replaced as found. Best if you are already on the same side of the road as GZ for parking. Pull off comes up rather quickly so be prepared. Be traffic aware with the many curves and turns. TFTH!
