Prairie Canyon Ranch Open Space was acquired by Douglas County in 2000 http://www.douglas.co.us/openspace/Prairie_Canyon_Ranch.html and is managed as a working cattle ranch. Public access to the park itself is by appointment only. Not to worry...the cache is outside the park boundary.
