Out on a fun hike with Rob14erguy and this was as far as we got!
You are looking for a preform tube with a log and a pencil. Not room for anything else. Enjoy the hike and the view!! May not be "snow friendly". Please cover it up completely because I have seen critters chew these to bits. Thanks!

Round-trip 5.72+ miles, 5 hours 48 minutes, 1,633 ft ascent

Out to Anniversary #4 from the Ormes Peak parking spot and back. Good hike, great weather, perfect day. I'm exhausted. Need a beer.  Grabbed this one on the way down to mountain.  Literally walked right up to it from the northern trail. Great great location. You can see the Hidden Falls if you look over the edge south into Camp Creek.  Definitely can see the aftermath of the Waldo Canyon fire which is interesting all the way along. Thanks for the geocache today, HD.

Java Chip and I tackled this one after venturing to Deception and others from Blodgett. What a bear of a hike! Anyway we found it. TFTC!

It's always interesting entering a newly-opened area. Most of the caches along the ridge were burnt beyond recognition but thanks to its placement, this one largely survived with just a little melting of the outer container, lid, and inner bag. This is still a great spot, well deserving of a Favorite. TFTC!

Cache is no longer in the closed zone, but it will be more difficult to access now. This cache miraculously survived the fire, unlike many other caches along this ridge. Ernie66 replaced the container as it had melted a bit, but the log was still intact. Photos will be posted.
