Congrats to lumpsum & kraeftig for FTF!! Part one is a micro. This cache isn't placed for the couch potato!! It is meant to be a fun addition to a family vacation, afternoon ski run, or summertime mountainbike ride. Part one will put you at 11,275ft. (In the winter, you'll definitely need to be in stealth mode!!) This cache was placed in the winter, so, the Terrain and Difficulty level for summer would be more like 2.5/2.5.The final stage contains many items for trading. We hope this will be a fun, yearround cache for many to enjoy while in Keystone. This mountain is special to us, because this is where Geospouse & I met for the first time!! Hope you will create your own great memories here!!!

03/13/2018 By Indigo Parrish Stopped by the first stage while snowboarding today. GPSr placed me about 20 feet outside the marked boundary. I snuck under the fence and waded out in the snow to GZ but was unable to find anything there given the current snow depth ...
02/21/2017 By eagledoc I found stage 1 several years ago and have made an attempt at stage 2 on 3 different years. Each time I only made 1 pass and had technical difficulty the first 2 times but this time I feel like I gave a good search but no success. Many different hide locations and a lot of tree cover making it difficult to find a true GZ. I would definitely not consider it a 1 difficulty or 2 terrain.
