Webcam caches are rare and a fast fading cache type mostly found in North America and Europe.
There are currently (as of November 2022) only 212 left worldwide and only 85 in the United States.
It is no longer possible to create a classic Webcam Cache, as they have been a discontinued cache type since 2005, but that does not mean we can't emulate the fun experience, right?
This is not a virtual cache type and taking a photo is optional, for this reason a physical cache can be found at the posted coordinates and you must sign the log to take credit for finding this cache.
However, in the spirit of logging a Webcam Cache, you are encouraged to include a picture of yourself waving at the camera (or striking a pose) in addition to signing the log sheet. (in this included screenshot, I am placing the cache in the pine tree)

Getting yourself in the picture
The camera is located on the stop light across Baldwin Street. To get get the picture, see yourself in the live feed,
(Click Here to View the Webcam on YouTube)
and save the image to your device. (capture a screenshot) The feed appears to be 15-30 seconds delayed, so have patience and you will eventually be in the frame.
Enjoy this fun cache and don't forget to say cheese!
