I saved this one for last on the way back down.

I was hoping to drop down and not have to return back up to the blue trail after finding the cache.

My coordinates had me right on top of the container, for a very easy find.

Hey!
Someone left me a nice hiking stick to continue on down to the trail below. Thanks!

Once on the trail, I was back to parking before I new it.

Thanks for a nice container to find!

I left a trackable to keep the other one company for a while.

Thanks for the fun puzzle cache! I had this solve from awhile back and today was the day to stop and get it!

I left my hiking pole at this cache!!!
If you by any chance find it, can you
bring it back, maybe an event, or I
meet you somewhere to get it! Thanks!

So we had been planning to do Blodgett's Shadow today but a combination of bad weather and a loss of one of our hikers made for a change of plans. I still had half a day scheduled off work and with an FTF hanging out there we just had to go this route to grab it and all the others that we needed.

Met up at noon and carpooled up to the parking coords. Always lively conversation with GoMRT and KTrackers!! All the way the temperature dropped and clouds got darker. I was a bit nervous as we set out not sure what the next few hours might do.

We found all but one cache along the way and very grateful GoMRT had found most of them as the assist in a few places was really appreciated!

This was our second cache of the hike. I was a little shocked at how far down this one ended up being. You know that dread you get going down a steep hill knowing you have to turn around and go back up? Yeah... That! I stood right on top of this one for a minute waiting for my GPS to settle down. I stepped down from where I was and practically kicked it! Thanks goodness I didn't! I would hat to have gone further down! Signed the log dropped off a TB and replaced as found. All is well!

Off to the next cache and up up up and up some more!!!

Thanks again for placing this for us all to enjoy!

Although I have been in the area before, I really haven’t had the opportunity to explore this trail system and try the many caches in the area. That changed today while goofing around with GoMRT and RPeiperCO. While this Geo-Rat pack might be a motley crew, we were trying to pick up as many as we could while heading for a special cache. Fortunately, we made the find on this one without too much drama (not counting my water bottle rolling about 400 feet down the cliff) after Pieper did the heavy puzzle lifting. That Pieper is one heck of a guy, while most people leave TBs at caches, he left a hiking pole. While I didn’t appreciate the extra half-mile hike just get to the trail-head, this trail network is really nice…I’m sorry haven’t spent more time back here until today. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find and giving me a good excuse to revisit this trail network, TFTC.

Caching with KTrackers and RPieperCO today in the area when the found was made. It is safe and sound securely tucked away for the next cachers to find. Thank you for the puzzle and the cache today.

We solved this mystery cache more than a year ago, but have not been in this area before today to pick it up. After finding an "oldie" and a mystery cache in a series, we continued on the beautiful trail to grab this one. We think we worked harder on the climb and the find than we did the puzzle! Our GPS had us looking in every nook and cranny before finally making the find. Thanks for the fun puzzle and placing this cache on such a beautiful trail.

I solved this a long time back... been in my notebook so long I can't remember what my mistake was when I plotted some numbers and it came up in Wyoming or the Collegiate Peaks or some such. Another try brought 'em much nearer the "?" on the map though.
When today looked like a good one for a working hike I threw a note in my bag. My gpsr was wavering some here, as in the rocks nearer the falls... but most folks could easily make the find with a bit of persistence .

We needed to end the year with a smiley and this one was it. We are so glad that we had spikes with us. Hondo was still fine, but right after the gate the path turned to thick ice. It was still tough to get up to the cache. Nice hide. Left a TB. After finding the cache we walked back to town and had a nice meal at one of the restaurants. Happy New Year!

I had made the complete circle up the falls trail & back down the Catamount Trail finding all of the caches along the way. I had solved this one this spring. I had hoped it was correct considering where my GZ was taking me. It was plenty tough to get there so I was thrilled when I spotted the full sized ammo can. Yeah! What a great way to end this epic hike, but I still had plenty more down to go as I had parked on the main road at the park.

Vacationing for the week in Colorado and was staying at my girlfriend's sister's place in Woodland Park for a couple of days. Seized the opportunity to look around the area for some caches to find and stumbled across this one. Worked on the puzzle last night and came up with some numbers that looked good so it went on the list of things to do today after breakfast.

We were dropped off at the end of the road which made for a much shorter hike, but we ended up doubling the distance anyway by trying two different approaches to GZ. (D'oh!) Once we got close to the hide (the second time!) I dove off the trail solo and began making my way to zero. Took a few minutes but I eventually came up with the hide. Whew! Didn't want a DNF here so I'm psyched I spotted it! Signed in, replaced it all as it was then headed off to meet back up with the others

Thanks for the fun puzzle and for bringing me to this great area!

12:31:00 PM We are visiting from Dallas. We are coming to the end of our week in Divide at one of our favorite places. Frown Today we stopped by the Farmer's Market in Woodland Park and then headed down to Green Mountain Falls for some hiking (and a few geocaches, of course).

I noticed this puzzle last night when researching caches in the area of the hike. I haven't done this kind of puzzle before, but figured out from the built-in hint what was going on. Managed to put it together and get it solved. Solved 11:15 pm 8/18/2016.

Passed it by on the way up and made the grab on the way down. I'm not really sure that was easier.... Good coords helped make for a quick find. Nice camo job on the container, too.

I signed the log. Thanks, christschef, for setting up the puzzle placing this cache for me to find. I also learned a new word...
