Co-FTF with COpackrat.

We headed over after #25 thinking we might need her special tools. After a pretty thorough search including the final spot that we both checked previously we had the cache in hand and were able to sign the fresh log sheet. I feel good about going after the rest of these now that I have seen two and know what to expect.
