The first stage is a micro.
Page #12 is a medium, as is #13. You must go to all 3 to log this find.
After page #12, you will have fun deciding whether yah want ta stay parked an' hike da rest of da story or go a' mud boggin` an' a lil' high clearance is needed fer da rest of da road, don`t give up now...Hot Hands Harvey has`nt met hiz demize yet! P.S....ah liked mah log book too much at page # 12, so ah left it in there ...da co-ords fer #13 are in da back....

After signing the log and heading back down towards the creek a bull decided we had stayed too long. It actually charged us and we all ran like crazy. What a great series. We'll be back for the last 3.

11 was a nice hide after our Garmin decided on a general area. At 12 we started hearing some cattle calls. The calls got closer as we got to 13. Figured at the next cache we would pass some cows. Nice placement on the final. After finishing this one and darkness setting in we decided to head out 3 pages short. We had spent way too much time in Cripple Creek after Page 1. We revisited the Imperial after not being back since our wedding 11 years ago. While walking back to the parking by 12 we could finally see a big black bull standing very aggressive in the trees off to our right. He kept making noise and we kept walking. Right as LDGjr. jumped the creek, the bull decided to charge us. I jumped the creek and we all ran for some boulders to scramble up. He charged us as far as the corner and stopped. As we gathered ourselves and double-checked gear before getting in the car he stood and watched us from the same corner.
We can't wait to get back and finish the final 3 caches. What a fun series in fun areas with awesome containers and ideas! First Twiddle Sticks, now these. The horseshoes should be awesome! Favorite point for the great adventure so far. Thanks for a great series!
