I've walked my dog across here many times. I love to stand at this very spot and watch and listen to the creek, listen to the children at the elementary school off in the distance (being thankful they're not mine!), sometimes watch the sun set. 

1/21/2016: I've changed the difficulty to 4 after seeing some DNFs and frustration. I will also add that you cannot visualize this cache, you can only find it by feel. Stay standing, and look north! Good luck! The twist is in the container. Log only, BYOP. Please replace carefully so it doesn't fall into the creek.
