Stopped by this lonely cache today only to find it lying out in the open on the ground. Given the modifications to the container I felt like I had a good idea where tge original hiding spot was. Log book is soaked so I included a new log and baggie. Here are my qualifiers :

I signed this log a long time ago and knew I qualified but had never sat down & put this together. I saw a quick way to do it while cruising around Project GC (I use Mac so cannot use GSAK & there is no geochecker for this challenge).
This is what I came up with:

as you can see Raddad637 is my 3rd highest CO for my finds at 197 (and counting).
