Radical Redox Reactions

Let’s play another exhilarating round of REDOX Round-Up.  This game is quite simple.  All you have to do is decide whether the element underlined in the reaction is oxidized or reduced.

N40 2Z.YXW  W105 0V.UTS

Oxidized = 1

Reduced = 2

Z = H – (G + A)

Y = B + C + D

X = J – G

W = E + F + H

V = K – A

U = G

T = B – C

S = (H + K) – (F + A + D)

CO may want to check on the cache, I couldn't find it at the solved coordinates. I'll add it to my watch list.

Found in dirt and replaced where we assumed it should be. I was bit by a wasp which will teach me not to reach my hand into dark places I hope. Thanks for the challenging puzzle and the hide! SmileBigSmileWinkCoolSmileBigSmile

I never covered this chemistry in my classes 40 years ago (at least as far as I remember). I'm actually enjoying learning more about it though. I haven't needed to call in the big guns yet (my wife has a chemistry degree), but I suspect she will be needed if the puzzles keep getting tougher. There are a few of your that are unsolved and seem a bit tougher for me but I haven't looked at enough yet to seek help.
