Please do not take the stamp. Cache is along the Chimney Gulch Trail. This is a dirt trail that is steep in sections. Not recommended when it is icy. Bring your own pen. There is no swag in the cache. If you feel a need for swag, bring your own, or visit a different cache. Cache is a grated cheese container hidden in a low brush. It is a bit sneaky, keep looking, and hopefully you will find it.

We skipped the one at the start of the trail due to muggle activity and made our way to this one first. Some nice little letter boxes out here, and I know a challenge cache back in GA involving animal names that this could easily help with . . . if only I had the time! Cache is in good shape, just took a little searching to find the right bush. Earlier today, I happened to see a lot more (stuffed) raccoons than I set out expecting, including some fairly intrepid-looking mounts . . .

I was out in Denver for a work conference (my first time in the area) and was joined by Lizzybeth13 to spend a few extra days visiting friends and finding caches. Today we took a drive up to Boulder to see some of the Pearl St area, later heading south to Golden for some hiking and caching. Thanks for placing this one

What an adventure! I joined up with KalahariFox in Denver to stay with some friends out that way. We are Athens, GA based! Besides catching up with old friends, we decided to make a caching adventure out of the trip (duh.). We ended up grabbing many caches (some very desirable ones!) in CO, KS, and NE during our stay. My favorite part is always seeing what kind of wildlife we encounter. This trip we ended up seeing a pronghorn, prairie dogs, turkey vultures and even a prairie rattlesnake! So neat! Thanks for helping make this trip a total delight :)

During out descent, we managed to spot a prairie rattlesnake! We knew it was a rattler before even getting close, so Kal got a big stick and swayed it away from the path. It was rattling the whole time, even as we walked away!

R is for...rattlesnake this time! :D

Out searching for hidden creatures after helping at a dig site nearby. I was looking for a camo'd container and passed by the real thing (thinking it was trash) several times before realizing what it was! Sometimes less camo is more?! Thanks for placing this one.
