Night caches through neighborhoods always make me extra nervous. I wait for a car to stop to find out what I’m doing lurking around their back yard fences. Or for a dog to come dashing out barking & scare me to death. This one was easier to get started & follow the dots but there was still plenty of snow to trounce through. Got to the stopping markers and looked and looked and looked for that cache in between cars driving by. I thought for sure some had seen my light. I was so glad when I finally found it but I struggled to get the log signed without using my light much.
Thanks for the adventure but this would have been much more fun with someone else along.

After a disappointing night cache DNF, I thought I would try this one to see if I could get a LiD night time multi smiley. I went the wrong way at the first fork, but I figured it out quickly after I didn't see any reflectors for a while. I stuck to the sidewalk, and yes I did need a bright headlamp, as some of the reflectors are a good distance away. I spotted the final after not too long. It took me a couple of passes before I located the cute container. I had to be careful of the sharp teeth - chomp.
To keep the spoilers at a minimum, I am posting a pic of some outrageous over-the-top Xmas decor that I passed on the way to the cache. It gives Clark Griswold a run for his money.

YAY, another night cache with Bhob. This one was a bit easier than the previous one, except for the final. For some reason we had trouble spotting the end RIGHT IN FRONT OF US haha. Found plenty of spots it wasn't, and then found it. Another great container. Thanks for another night cache AND a multi.

I was able to round up Sara for some night and UV caches. It was getting pretty chilly by the time we got over here and the brisk pace helped keep me warm as I was underdressed for the sudden drop in temperature. We enjoyed each of the finals, Quite entertaining!
