Ah yes, my old neighborhood park! Placed the cache while back here with my family. Some people may remember this GZ. But the cache hide is a little different than it was before. Much less likely to be muggled. 

 

A TOTT (e.g. tweezers, small multi-tool) is an absolute must to get the log out. If you don't have one, I wouldn't even bother trying. DO NOT try and remove the container from the host. 

 

Terrain rating reflects the challenge of getting to, and extracting the log while balancing.

Thought J’d give this one a look this afternoon, even thought it was getting toward dusk. Luckily I spotted the container and yes, tweezers are definitely a must! Signed log. Thanks for a fun one!

I don't like to call this a DNF because I did find it. I call it a DNR for did not retrieve. Some things I just won't do.

Came here yesterday and spotted the host, then discovered that I didn't have the appropriate TOTT In my bag, so I abandoned the search and came back today. The park was empty this morning, so no one got to see the 83 year old tree climber. Nicely done. Liked the host. Gets a fav.

TFTC! I saw this publish, and had nearly half my work shift left, so I didn’t think I’d make it in time, but I got the [FTF]! Kinda embarrassing, but I didn’t have as good a grip on the log as I thought, and the wind just blew it away…. I looked around for awhile, but there’s no way I’m finding that. So, I tore off some paper from my backpack, rolled it up, and put it into the container in it’s place. So, it should be good for awhile. Thanks for the fun adventure, and for bringing me here. A bit windy for frisbee golf today.
